Data on Subject:

Garrin Kyote aka "Hololad" is a teenage male with previously latent psychic abilities that are were once being used for minor arrests are now beginning to be used on more noteworthy missions.
*see subject's accomplishments in Appendex A*

Subject uses these mental powers to confuse and sometimes harm his opponents. Subject was observed convincing a Lost Minion that he was a Superhero, who proceeded to pummel his fellow mutants. Subject also uses illusionary images to cause a target to damage itself, such as being covered with insects, being on fire, skin turned inside out, etc. Most of the harm is negated once the target realizes they have been duped, but by then the police have arrived to make an arrest.

Although most of his powers are mental illusion-oriented, the subject has knowledge of technology (uses a Grav-Belt to hover and fly) and has some sort of high-output flash device. More powerful abilities include the ability to summon ethereal decoys and phantasms that take a priority as targets in combat. Also, the Subject has been seen manipulating potential and active energy with a "Brown's Electro-Kinetic Device". This small, handheld apparatus allows the user to transfer the speed of a target into an increased rate of movement, as well as drain potential power from a selected threat or group, converting it to increased firepower for himself and teamates. This ability alone warrants a higher threat rating, as the subject potentially grows stronger while weakening his foes.

Subject is connected with a minor Super Group, the Society of Horus. Not much is know about this small, clandestine team, except for other members: Doc Heisenberg, Blinding Storm, Buzzard, and Frostbyte.

Surveillance has only shown him able to take on any of our Crey operatives, either single or in groups. A smooth talker, the subject is fond of manipulating his foes (re: Paragon Protectors) into doing his bidding, often with disasterous results. Stealthy and quick, the subject is often sighted cowering or running from difficult fights which operatives can use to an advantage.

note: Since security level 40, the Subject's psychic ability has begun to develop past the innate powers of illusion. Greater resististance to psychic attack and control has been observed, as well as some sort of shield being generated against physical damage. We hope this development goes no further than defense, as our opreratives have little to match any mental offensive tactics.

Appendix A

Accomplishments

  • Subject has been a contributing member to several Task Force missions such as those led by Positron, Synapse, Sister Psyche, Citadel, Manticore, and Numina. Also, the Subject was awarded the Atlas and Stalwart medallions and more recently the Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member and Celebrant and is quite public in his conspiracy theories against Crey Industries.

  • Subject was an instrumental negotiator in stopping a war between the Clockwork and the Skulls.

  • Subject rescued local fortune teller from a plot involving Circle of Thorns and underground caves while spelunking.

  • Was key in stopping a plague from overtaking Paragon City (research for potential is pending Crey Bioweapons Division).

  • Subject commited himself as a spirit warrior to ending a war between the mystic groups Banished Pantheon and Circle of Thorns.

  • Subject had some difficulty hunting down and arresting a high ranking member of the Freakshow. Headlines stated: "Hololad pwnz[sic] Freakshow.

  • Operatives in M.A.G.I. have filed reports indicating the subject had corrupted a non-aggression pact between the Circle of Thorns and Nemesis, yet was on the frontline of the war between the Circle and Ornabegans from another dimension. Local occult circles laude the subject as a "Mystical Savior" for protecting a small group of wiccans from being overtaken by the Banished Pantheon.

  • Doctor Friedkin PHD considers the Subject one of his allies in his fight against the Council.

  • Terra Volta somehow transmorgrified the Subject in his attempt to prevent a nuclear meltdown, yet was able to defend Paragon City's war walls at a later date (refer to exploits of the Society of Horus)

    Analysis of trends and characteristics

  • Subject is considered a local celebrity and has been seen doing television commercials for local businesses. More recently, is a national sensation as spokeshero Colonel Flanders Chicken.

  • Subject seems extreemly tough, adamant and even indestructable, able to take extreem amounts of damage (although records indicate avoidance of damage a priority, to the point of cowardace), yet can be restrained. Continued defeat seems to make him more unyielding, unwavering, and has an unbroken spirit.

  • Subject spent early career protecting innocent civillians in his neighborhood of King's Row (The Gish).

  • Took a more active role as a Peace Keeper once powers and security clearance permitted.

  • Collector of badges, exploring quite tenaciously for ones not found in typical touristy places.

  • Subject has been awarded badges in defeating the following enemies:

  • Freakshow Tankers

  • Adamastor, demon brought forth by the Banished Pantheon to destroy the world

  • Bone Daddies and other Skuls

  • Sky Raider Sky Skiffs

  • Paragon Protectors

  • Clockwork Gears (including Babbage)

  • Warwolves and Vampyri

  • Spirits, zombies, vampires, witches, werewolves and Eochai, king of the Fir Bolg

  • The Winter Horde and Winter Lord

  • Family Underbosses and/or Consiglieri

  • Tsoo Sorcerors

  • CoT Mages

  • Subject somehow defeated a Kraken set loose in Perez Park, and the giant Lucasa seen threatening dockworkers in Independence Port. Also, has sent many spirits back to the ectoplasmic ocean afterlife.
