Threat History
Stan Walker. Sources speculate the man was a Detective with the Saint Louis Police Department, whom was transferred to the New Orleans Police Department, information suggests the man is from a different reality then our own.
Information gathered further suggests, that in his world he was "embraced" by vampires known as "kindred". Undercover agents information further reveals that during a battle with a dark mage in his world, he was transported to a land called "Norrath"."
System has no knowlege of this land, nor even proof of its existance. Further surveillance of his daily rituals and conversations indicate he came upon a portal to this world while in search of his wife, Etianna whom was taken from him.
Doctor Luna, a noted scientist, came upon Walker and his unusual vampiric traits. Giving him special blood transfusions, with a serum to hopefully revert such traits proved unsuccessful and transformed him into the abomination he is today.
Information lastly indicates to approach with extreme caution. Walker is brash and easily angered. He will go to great lengths to find his wife no matter the cost.

Subject shows no interest in fashion. He has been spotted in blue denim jeans and black t-shirt (note the subject is quite fond of his SWO shirt). At times with a black trenchcoat, and the ever present dark wire rimmed sunglasses. Subject is usually seen smoking a cigarette.

Metahuman Powers:
Whatever process the subject underwent are a mystery. The subject is without heartbeat, and is clinically dead. The subject does not appear to eat or breathe, yet has a marked thirst for vitae and alcohol. A massive amount of natural invulnerability, and a very potent ability of flight. The subject is able to emit bursts of concentrated energy from his eyes, and also displays minor telepathic powers. Agents also suspect that Walker is able to "call the blood" of those that share it willingly with him. Allowing him to transport others across great distances to his location.
Fighting Skills:
Subject is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant with training over the years consisting largely of Chinese Kenpo, Tek Su Chang, Judo, American boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and PPCT. Subject is also skilled in the use of different martial arts impliments, and a qualified firearms instructor. Subject has limited knowledge of bladed weapons, although claims to have carried a short sword in the land "Norrath".
