Threat History
Sonic Star is indeed the former Mercenary, Vincent Allen. Born to Grant and Jane Allen in 1978,He was trained to be a soldier from a very young age, and entered into active duty at the age of 20. He worked for The United States Government until his unit was wiped out in the Rikti War.

Shortly after the end of the Rikti War, his CO forced him into the Malta group. Beginning his training in early 2004 he quickly rose in the ranks much to the dismay of several other candidates. Eventually he was placed into the Malta cell Codename The Ivory Wolves along with 8 other operatives (See additional report).

In late 2004 he was hired to take out the CEO of Sigmatech Intl. but during his initial recon, he befriended the CEO's Daughter. Having a crisis of conscious, he refused to kill the CEO. After this act of defiance he wounded two of the members of the unit before being taken down by the group's leader (Codename Wolf:Alpha). Because of the Wolves failure, the group was disbanded and the members sentence to execution. While near death, a (Former)Crey employee Maximilian Brandit, found him and brought him to the hospital in Atlas Park. While recovering from his wounds , the hospital was attacked by a group of 5th Column Soldiers. The subject knew if he did nothing many lives would be lost, however, if he fought them off, he would reveal his location to the Malta group, ultimately sealing his fate. After slight deliberation, he donned the costume of a nearby injured hero, and Fought off the attackers saving 15 lives and arresting 6 low ranking Column members in the process. After attempting to return the costume, which belonged to a Hero known as Starblaze, he was given the blueprints to make an Identical Copy of the suit. Driven by a sense of right and accomplishment from the battle, the subject registered for a Hero Licence the very next day.

Currently, he's opened his identity to the Public, in an attempt to draw out the Malta, and stop them for good. Since his time in Paragon, his strength has increased immensely, allowing him to stop the most tremendous of blows, and deal them out himself. He has also taken up the art of swordsmanship (See Affiliated Heroes) and co-founded a supergroup, Urban Bushido, a group designed to teach the citizens of Paragon how to defend themselves. His threat level is extreme, due to his prowess in Combat, and his possession of high lvl damaging Crey secrets.

Metahuman Powers: N/A However, due to extensive Training, he seems to have attained near Superhuman Durability and Strength

Fighting Skills:Martial Arts: A Personal Technique taught to him by his Father. It relies on kicks, and Disarming opponents, He is also quite prone to ad-libbing attacks though. Katana: Using an Antique Katana Purchased by his Grandfather in the 1800's he uses a Fighting Style taught to him by Fellow Urban Bushido Member, The Sterling Saber.

Other Special Skills & Abilities: Invulnerability: Using Techniques passed to him by his father, through intense Concentration he can become incredibly resistant to physical Damage, and can even naturally numb all pain, allowing him to fight with all his Strength. Super Reflexes: Recently taught to him by his Friend, Mentor and Super Group Leader the Widowed [Threat 7919] He is Still a novice in this art, however, he is able to dodge quite effectively.

Special Limitations:He is Incapable of using both Super Reflexes and Invulnerability at the same time, due to the intense concentration involved. Also, even though he may be able to Numb pain, the effect is only short lived, and will feel the full weight of the attacks used on him after it wears off.

Strategic Analysis

Recommended Action(s):While using Invulnerability and Martial Arts: Avoid at all costs, Hero is known to be able to overpower entire platoons of Security Forces. Using Katana and Super Reflexes: Attack on Sight. His skills in these area are still weak, and he should be easy to overcome.
