Subject’s powers require little in the way of explanation. Apparently impervious to physical harm and exhibiting strength sufficient to juggle automobiles, subject relies on brute strength and charging ahead with little thought to handle most threats.
It is unknown the exact manner in which her mutant abilities provide flight. Current theory suggests subject processes energy emissions and generates a null gravity field. Subject claims to not have possessed the power of flight prior to arrival in Paragon City. Further investigation is required, but is unnecessary. Subject displays no other unusual abilities and short of cloning there is no means to reproduce subject’s abilities therefore determination of the exact process is deemed superfluous.

No direct data predates subject’s arrival in Paragon City. Verification of personal data conducted by peripheral assets in Boston. Subject was granted license from Paragon City to participate in heroic activates and began immediately.

Subject relies on physical prowess in all situations. Unless reigned in by other members of Heroics, subject can easily get in more trouble than she can handle.

Negligible Threat. Subject has the potential to cause significant damage to Crey Operations if she were ever aware of the more illegal activities. This should be avoided at all costs. It is highly suggested that surveillance operatives be put into contact with Kara. Her naiveté can be exploited to gather information on other members of Heroics, several of which are far greater threats to current operations.
