The Soviet Prototype Android AGT-RVG-RNB0, codename Agent Ravage, was created in the early 1940s, although it seems to incorporate technology far more advanced than was available to Soviet Russia at the time. Its primary purpose was to infiltrate the American Project Rainbow (now commonly known as the Philadelphia Experiment), and steal the experimental invisibility technology being created there.
The android was able to successfully infiltrate and retrieve the technology; however, it began to have unexpected side effects one the android when it was integrated into its systems. In addition to granting it the ability to turn invisible, the Rainbow tech allowed the Agent Ravage robot to teleport itself and others, much like the USS Eldridge had apparently teleported from Philadelphia to Norfolk during the US Navy tests of the project. Gradually, it also caused the android to become self-aware. It began to question orders which it felt were not in the best interest of the People, according to its communist ideals. When its creators attempted to dismantle the android, it panicked and initiated a blind teleport jump.
This jump landed it sixty years in its future, in Paragon City in late 2004, with its Rainbow technology knocked completely offline. Learning of the fall of the Soviet Union and having nowhere else to turn, the android became a licensed hero. When the KGB Special Section 8 operating in Paragon City came to its attention, it was overjoyed: here was a group dedicated to the true ideals of the People, with which it could ally.
Agent Ravage is not a great threat now; however, it has powerful friends, and it also continues to repair and improve its technological components and upgrade its rifle, though it laments the loss of the twin pistols which it used to wield. It should be watched.
