Radia Tori grew up in Paragon City and her parents always told her she was a native to the city, but she knew otherwise deep down. Her parents were actually from a different planet and they came to Earth when war broke out--just after Radia was born. They started their life in Italy where some of their relatives had fled to. Soon, they heard of the hardships facing Paragon City and decided to use their powers for the good of the city.
When Radia hit her teens, she too started to help out in small ways.When Radia turned 21, her parents were killed. She started to find out bits and pieces about her parents past and her own. She found random documents and was contacted by someone very close to her parents within days of the murder. But she still does not know why her parents were killed or by whom. So she has stepped up her helping status to hero and is now on a warpath to find out the truth.
