We have been unable so far to discern her true identity, but Radical Girl appears to be a young woman in her mid to late teens. As of late, she has been seen accompanying members of the Justice Force on missions throughout the area, but is just as likely to be seen alone.
Field observers have theorized that she has mental powers of some sort, for she rarely enters melee range in battle, and there is no obvious physical expression of her powers. However, those same observers have come away with the theory that her abilities have rendered her mentally unstable, and will bear watching. As one of them put in his report last week, "The girl just isn't right."
