Preliminary reports show that the subject dwells in the old abandoned subway tunnels beneath Paragon City. This animal is most possibly used as a roving type of security for the hero supergroupThe Underground which is suspected to have their base located in the further reaches of these tunnels.
First attempts at infiltrating the tunnels have been, so far, unsucessful. The maze like quality hinders our teams even with blueprints and maps of the known tunnels. It seems there is a far more extensive network of maintenance tunnels than originally thought. Whether the plans for these tunnels have been lost or that they were created after the original construction is unknown.
Research is examining evidence for possible explinations of the origin of such a strange but dangerous beast.
