Threat History
It is our objective to bring this being back in for more testing and questioning. She had been a guest of the government lab we purchased in the mid-1960's. She has been here since the late 1940's. According to documents she may have had a hand in events out in New Mexico at that time. Cooperating with us she helped with the syrums to several of our super soldier programs up until the Rikti War.
Since she claims she is not of this planet. But from some place called Aries Novs, supposedly located in another galaxy, it is imperitive to bring her in. She apparently was sent here to warn of the impending Rikti alien invasion and to help us with some advanced technology sent from her world. But it turned out that she refused to share that partictular information with us.
According to her she was captured by a cell of Rikti that had infiltrated the government lab which we eventually bought out. We went on to continue her work in trying to find out how she had fused with her ship's stardrive. According to our data her people harnessed the power of stars. Her ship's drive had been a new experimental model.
During the invasion of the Rikti she managed to cancel her contract with us. It is rumored she had outside help from two heroes in this. The legendary Imperial and the time hopping I-Cross. We have top men investigating these rumors. The Imperial is thought to have died in the Rikti War and this I-Cross figure is rumored to be preparing a hostile action against this company.
Rumors also say she is connected somehow to comic book artist Kendra Reynolds. We have sent deep cover operatives to investigate this and report back.

Typical Civilian Appearance:She has been spotted in various civilian garb ranging from swim suits to a recent outfit with a vest and skirt. Also has an affenity for the new shoulder kitty/pandas.
Team Uniform: Consists of a white and pink armor, gloves, and cape. Hair is worn up in a fancy braid. Belt,paldrans and boots. Pink and white celtic pattern on the cape.

Tactical Analysis
Metahuman Powers: Empyreal exhibits a strong affentiy toward electric blasts of various degrees of damage. Agents have witnessed her actually creating a ball of electricity that follows her almost like a pet.
She has also demonstrated the ability to create various constructs out of actual flame.
A recent operative has also witnessed her actually become engulfed in flame which seemed to burn some of her opponents. We are still investigating as this is a very new power she has demonstrated.
Fighting Skills: Subject is a top notch fighter and a master of her native martial arts. She has also demonstrated some skill in brawling and using bladed weapons as witnessed up close unfortunately by some of our operatives.
Other Special Skills & Abilities: Subject is a competent telepath. She has the ability to send and receive telepathic messages. Operatives have seen this demonstrated when the subject and a number of her team members have banded together on crime stopping sprees. She seemed to have been issuing attack formation orders without saying vocal word and they all fell in to the correct formations instantly.
Special Limitations: Has an extreme hostility toward the Lost, Rikti, Council and for some reason our company. She can be brought down via conventional means (ie bullets, tazers, laser guns)and is not invulnerable.
Notable Equipment: When away from the Icons in her civilian ID she employs a holographic imager.
Transportation: On duty she will fly to her destinations. Rumor says The Icons employ and underground tram system to move to various parts of the city. We have operatives currently checking this. Subjuect also employs the usage of a Mazda RX-8 sport sedan and a Vespa when off duty.

Recommended Action(s):Orders are to tranquelize and capture at all costs. However do not directly confront in public. Wait for more opertune times and observe her actions.
Threat Rating: 85% without The Icons. 95% with The Icons, they have proven to be extremely hostile to this company.
