Zandan Vice (A.K.A. Warsn) is a relatively new threat in Paragon City. He has recently been sighted around Kings Row and Steel Canyon respectively. There are many questions still floating around about his origin, though his powers are known to be mutant based. A Crey Industries agent Mr. Pink has been dispatched to keep an eye on this new hero.
