This hero seemed to appear from nowhere. Our agents at Portal Corp tell us that a portal to Japonia has been opened, and that is where she and others have come from. The common people only see the commercial aspect of this land, known as "anime" and "manga"; the only window our civilians have to this world through the actions of certian "characters". However, these characters are real, and some have started to leak out to Paragon.
Cyborg Girl is an interesting one, as it was hard to pin down her location of origin, but her anime roots were a dead give away. She comes from a tribe in Japonia known as Gundam girls. Reports say that Jack Berstrom recruited her, after sneaking into Portal Corp, to join Lone S.T.A.R. in his stead. She isn't a threat to us now, but she is quickly growing in power outside her native home. She is one we will be definatly keeping our eyes on.
She does seem to be getting along with fellow heroes. She seems to be getting compliments on her look and costume design. We don't know how this will affect her performance, but it is something we'll be watching.
