History:
Recovered surveillance video from a downtown newspaper press room indicates this person was the unfortunate victim of an attack by rogue Crey agents, whom we were completely unaffiliated with.
In an effort to understand the subject's condition we've attempted to recreate the accident leading to his current state, so far unsuccessfully.
Somehow a damaged quantum energy weapon charged the subject, knocking him into barrels of ink. The ink fusing on a quantum level with his body, somehow stabilizing him.
The subject should be approached with extreme caution as he seems to blame us for his condition, although we've approached the subject on several occasions to try and assist him.
