It seems he's at it again. Reports say after reaching the Pinnacle of Martial Arts Strength, he's become bored with his current skills and has Decided to take up Swordsmanship and has taken up a regemin of Reflex training. Currently his skills are quite lackluster and he has been seen defeated at the feet of some of the city's weaker villians. However, his Martial Arts Skill still makes him a formidible foe, and a worthy enemy. As of this time, his Threat Rating in these new skills is low.
