A new hero has recently appeared in Paragon City, beating up hellions, skulls, and outcasts from the shadows. It comes as no surprise that this android was created by Crazy Toys Inc. From our meeting with them four months ago, they told us they were creating a robot that could predict the very future and present for heroes who believed in such nonsense. It was also built well for combat, using a shadow energy generator within the hands for devastating punches. They also seem to show the opponent what the future looks, through a time scoping monitor in the fists, scaring stiff whoever looks at it. However, we declined the offer to develop it, because it would be a waste of money and the Countess's time. During the 8 years it was sealed, some sort of electric spark brought the lab it was sealed in back online. 8 Ball was awakened at the same time too.
Special Technology:
It's CPU is able to scan throughout time, at any point, within the past or the future, to help make it's predictions. Not only that, but it has an advanced healing system that can help it recover from a battle in no time at all. It manipulates shadow energy around it, or from any point in Paragon City, to deliver fast punches or one big one. The central motherboard has an AI that keeps on growing the more it learns and fights. The technology in it is always growing, always changing. We'll update this the more he advances.
Current Threat Assessment:
Low. Medium if he is in a group. We should have our agents keep a good eye on him. Should one of them beat him in hand-to-hand combat, we'll give the agent a 10% salary increase. In the meantime, he doesn't present much of a problem.
