Crey employees are to be told this, no matter what the outcome. A vigilante bearing the Paragon Police Department logo on his chest has suddenly appeared out of thin air, manipulating the criminal element any way he pleases. It comes as no surprise that this strange character was once police officer Danny Perez (based on local undercover sources our agents could receive this information from). He was one of the best officers on the force. From what our security cameras could capture, we saw a powerful Hellion, known as a Damned, burn Danny, almost to the point of death, all in a Hellion vs. Skull gang war. D.A.T.A. retrieved him before we could get our hands on him, for questioning. They amputated the limbs that contained severe 3rd degree burns, and replaced them with parts of a Paragon Police Droid (not to be confused with the smaller ones that teleport any criminal into a jail cell). Here is the kind of technology the cybernetic parts conatin, based on field reports conducted by our undercover agents.
Techological Weapons:
His hands and head contain psychokinetic brain controllers, which can either release a blinding flash of light from the robotic eyes, blinding any nearby enemy, or alpha brain wave emiiters in the gloves, confusing whichever enemy is hit with it, causing the enemy to attack it's own allies. Danny likes to think of them as his own little mind slaves, as one of his teammates told us on a mission that he did with Dude in Blue. Weather manipualtors in the gloves and fingers control the temperature around his friend or foe, causing temperatures to drop, give his allies plenty of health recovering oxygen, or escalate nearby breezes into gale force winds that knock the enemy backwards. The legs contain time control devices that can speed up the timestream around any part of Dude's body, letting him speed up his punches. His cybernetic limbs seem to advance as if have their own AI, but that is unconfirmed.
Current Threat Level:
Medium. He could control our agents like puppets, and lead them in a revolt against us if he feels like it. This could mean our downfall if we don't stop him early enough while he is still learning his own powers!
