Background:
During one of our jungle expeditions, we uncovered an ancient tablet. It told of 8 elemental angels that protected what is now most of the world's national landmarks. One of them, representing the element of ice and snow, going by the name of Aurora, portected what is now Mt. Everest. It says he was defeated trying to protect it in God's name from a bunch of high level demons. In a last ditch effort to save him from dying, the angel of stars and space, known as Galaxia, fused with him. When he woke up from a one year coma, he felt strange that he began having the power over gravity and ice. He decided he was done living the heavenly life, and decided he wanted be a normal human from then on. Fast forward 1, 000 years later, a regular person has caught our attention, going by the name of Albert Johnson. Our security cameras caught him going over to D.A.T.A. last week, asking for them to build a battlesuit out of pure gold and titanium. He said he wanted his "former glory" restored. That was enough of a hint for us to study what the angel Aurora and Albert had in common. From what Azriel of M.A.G.I. could confirm, is that Albert is really the ice angel revived as a human being. He were really startled to discover this, but then again, the paranormal doesn't stray too far away from realistic sciences of earth and beyond!

Special Abilties and Powers:
Albert seems to have regained some of his ice powers thansk to the suits timestream speed control technology within the suit. It gives him the ability to drop the temperature around his entire body, encasing it in a big block of ice, capable of slowing down the heart rate of nearby enemies. Agents confirmed that the suit also gives him the angelic ability of flight thanks to some gravity controlling shoulder pads that seem to resemble the wings of a stereotypical angel. He can always been seen brandishing the weapon that Galaxia wielded once during the guarding; the Supernova. It is able to slice and massacre nearby foes nearly 4 consecutive times, all in 1 minute. That is powerful in human standards, even for a knight of the middle ages.

Current Threat Rating:
We would have to stick with a minimal threat rating for now. As he regains all of his powers, as well as those of the star angel, then he might be a supposed threat to the Countess. We'll keep tabs on him during his heroing career.
