Background:
Unit #497, codenamed "Tsunami", was what we were hoping to be one of our best underwater assult droids. We were wrong...very wrong. It was going to be able to wreak massive hurricanes on the lowly thugs of Atlas and The Hollows, and have the aloof personality of a carefree beach bum. It somehow caught a computer virus while being uploaded and built, and went berserk, destroying one of our most prestiguous underwater development labs, killing 20 crey scientists and 35 agents. Who knows what it's going through right now. A new hero appeared out of Atlas center, going by the name of "Tsunami Rave". Could this possible be our long lost droid? Our agents say it is, and they could possible be right, for all the Countess knows.



Special Technological Weaponry:
Tsunami contains a pressurized water tank, holding in at least 5, 000, 000 lbs. of water, and can use it by either throwing off a small but deadly tidal wave rolling along the ground, knocking back enemies, and dealing deadly damage. It can also shoot off high pressure water blasts from it's hands. He has weather manipulators all over his arms, either for lowering the temperature all around his enemies, or can speed up nearby winds so fast, they can knock over most foes. He seems to have light benders around his body, bending the very light around Tsunami, making it so he seems invisable, leaving him undetectable by even our cameras. After that accident, he seems to be learning how to sue his powers, considering he didn't know how when he first went berserk.

Current Threat Assessment:
Medium. The more he learns, the more steps he takes to storming into our H.Q., and doing what he did back in the underwater base. We have to keep tabs on him, or he could become a thorn in the Countess's side.
