One half Cheyenne American Native American of the Northern Tsitsitas tribes. Jake Eagleclaw grew up on the reservation and was raised by his Grandparents due to both of his parents being dead since the boy was 3 years old.
The deaths of both parents were due to a botched Crey "wet" work operation in which only the boy's father was the target to be terminated. The boy's father, John Eagleclaw was an agent for Crey Industries since the Korean War. Neither Jake nor his Grandparents had any knowledge of this. The boy's mother just simply had gotten in the way. The case was closed. The bodies of both of Jake's parents were never discovered.
His Grandparents had taught him well. He was raised in all of the old ways, in that he learned to live with and in nature rather than just on and off of it. He was taught in the ways of the bow and arrow, knife, koo stick, hatchet, rifle and handguns.
During the Vietnam War he was drafted into the US Army and had become a sniper due to his obvious abilities. When tested for leadership abilities he scored completely off the charts.
Jake doesn't appear to have aged past 35. This is now believed to be due to the fact that both his mother and father went through some type of Crey experimentation during his mother's pregnancy. His parents had been unaware of the testing due to the chemicals being placed into their water supply.
Using Jake's love of America as leverage he was recruited by the NSA and CIA after the war for undercover "wet" work. Unknown to Jake was the fact that he actually had been taking orders from Countess Crey herself and NOT from the American government. He had been the Crey's #1 undercover agent in the Rogue Isles.
Jake went rogue when he disovered the truth about both his work and the truth of his parent's murders. This was just after the conclusion of the Rikti Wars.
Eagleclaw's last known location is Paragon City. He has been spotted patrolling the streets of the city, trying to work his way through all of the criminal elements of the city until he can reach the Countess herself. Recently he has been seen in the company of a group of "heroes". The group calls themselves a "Supergroup". The Paragonian Knights.
He is also believed to have a crush on a fellow hero, Eve Justice. This could prove useful to us at a later time. ** This possible relationship never developed as Justice truend him down flat. The look of pain and embarrassment was heavenly to see sir!**
He has NO mutant or any other type of extra human abilities. However, he is known to have maximum profiency with ALL known type of weapons. His physical abilities are off the scales. He also is able to make almost any item around him into a deadly weapon. He also has the inate ability to become part of the environment around him, making him extremely difficult to see.
Countess Crey herself has given the immedite execution order for this "Hero". She wants direct physical evidence of his death shown to her, which in this case she has demanded that Jake Eagleclaw's head be brought before her.

Countess Crey has become infuriated with the delay in Jake Eagleclaw's capture. He has managed to work his way up through the Crey ranks.The Countess has "removed" the operatives who were in charge of Eagleclaw's "arrest". The Countess has brought in 5 specialists for this job.
