Background

Now here is something we have managed to include within our vaults of hero information. This guy seems to have some sort of relation to Home Star R. .......perhaps he is a future version of him? Probably not....either way, this eccentricity appeared only recently from a rift opnening somewhere in Atlas Park, being expelled near the Atlas statue, where he immeadiately took in the new hopes he would have there. He comes from an alternate future, on another planet's future to be exact, where he wasn't the hero, someone else was....his name seems to be "Stinkoman", much to the ire of many. 1 Up always wanted to be the "guy", but he always wasn't taken seriously, even though his skills in the martial arts make him a top hero in this dimension. Stinkoman and the others always said "Your just a kid. Maybe when your older...", dropping down his confidence and his own ego. By some strange twist of fate, he was helplessly sucked away from his home, and flung into the Paragon dimension. In our opinion, he certainly is impresive, and hopefully, or review of his powers and abilities ought to clear up that boundary.

Known Powers and Abilities

He seems to have mastered some pretty futuristic martial arts moves that most dojos and karate masters can't seem to master. He also exhibits a strange resistance effect from his body, due to a strane energy surrounding his person, of what he likes to call it "Cosmic Star Power". He likes to implement this cool energy into most of his kicks, giving them a falling star or meteor effect to them, making them even more devastating. It comes as no surprise why he was named "1 Up".

Current Threat Assesment

Medium. He could pose a threat to most to our facilities, due to an unknown karate style, and the fact he uses a meteoric shield constantly sparkling around his body. We should keep tabs on him, because his certainly is the "guy" here!
