Threat History
Subject was born in Newcastle, England on 19th September 1980. He lived here until the age of 16 when his family moved to Paragon City following his father's work. He studied Engineering at Paragon University where on 1st January 2000 he met his current girlfriend Sarah Dalton.
After University subject moved into his current residence of 27B Whitemoore Apartments with Miss. Dalton.
Following from Hero Accident Report Files
"On 16th August 2000, a group of heroes led by myself recieved a tip off that the super powered villain calling himself "Equinox" was planning to rob Paragon Bank in Steel Canyon. We decided the best course of action was to confront Equinox after he broke into the bank vault and apprehend him.
However, when we confronted Equinox, it became apparant that he had aquired a teleportation device which he used to escape our trap. We persued him and his minions across the city and caught up with them above Perez Park. Here we had an aerial battle in which i knocked Equinox to the ground and flew down after him.
I noticed that Equinox had fallen directly in front of a young couple (who i now know to be Mark Westfield and Sarah Dalton) who were taking a walk around the park. The startled pair ran away but i did not see where to.
I fired a beam of anti-matter at Equinox but he teleported away. He materialised in front of a large hedge and i fired a faster, more intense beam at him but he again teleported away. I then heard a woman scream, but i could not see where from.
I chased Equinox to Galaxy City where i defeated him after a long fight. I returned to Perez Park to see what damage had been done during the fight there. I saw a young woman waving, trying to get my attention. I flew over to her and when i got close realised it was the woman Equinox had fallen close to. I then saw that the man she was with was lying twitching on the ground next to her. She told me that they had hidden behind the large hedge Equinox materialised in front of and my anti-matter beam had passed through the hedge and hit the man. I immediately flew him to the Steel Canyon Medical Center.

Medical records show that subject was in a coma for 8 days and discharged 4 days after awakening. Nothing regarding his powers occured for a further four years.
Police records dated 22nd June 2004 show there to be a domestic incident at the address of subject. The report says that the subject and his girlfriend were arguing when in a "surge of rage" large thorns burst from his skin, destroying everything in the subject's appartment.
Miss. Dalton also bonded with a Peacebringer at this time (see Threat Assessment 17734).
Tests made by Positron on subject show that the anti-matter somehow wove DNA from plants in the hedge with subject's own giving him the power to grow thorns from his skin and regenerate.
Subject is currently engaged to Miss. Dalton and they hope to marry when Miss. Dalton becomes more familiar with her Kheldian counterpart.

Tactical Analysis
Metahuman Powers: The subject has a combination of human and plant DNA. As a result, he has some plant like abilities. Most notable is the ability to rapidly grow large thorns from his skin for use in combat. We are also quite certain he has regenerative powers, as we have revieved many reports from agents of his wounds healing in front of their eyes.
Fighting Skills: Subject's thorns can be used to stab and slash, thrown at a single or multiple targets and burst out of the subject penetrating nearby enemies.
Other Special Skills & Abilities: For unknown reasons subject also has limited stealth powers and and remarkably high fitness and stamina. It is suspected that this could be as a result of exposure to substances during his time as a hero.
Special Limitations: Subject is extremely succeptable to the effects of the cold as he moves slower and is not as efficient in combat while he is effected.
Notable Equipment: None.
Transportation: Subject has the ability to move at super speeds over long distances. He also has the ability to teleport short distances and uses this for vertical movement and traversing large expanses. The subject also has an above average running jumping height but not high enough to be classed as a Super Jump. These abilities are believed to be a combination of his enhanced DNA giving him an above average fitness and exposure to mutagenic during his time as an active hero.

Strategic Analysis
Recommended Action(s): Because of the subject's vastly altered DNA, it is recommended that if possible he is captured for analysis in hopes of improving methods in the Revenant Hero Project. However because of his combat skills it is highly recommended that agents avoid direct confrontation. Continued observation is recommended in hopes of discovering a more substantial weakness.
