Honda was one of our top genetic engineers from our branch in Tokyo, Japan. He was researching isolating the cause of genetic mutations, or 'homo sapien-superior' as those that are born with meta-human abilities are sometimes referred to. It is suspected he is a masked crimefighter in his spare time. His actions never interfered with Crey:Tokyo operations so he was never ordered to be terminated as his research would have been too valuable to be put at risk.
Of course we were taking key points from his research and using them to fix certian flaws in our 'Project: Revenant' program. Honda's wife and lab assistant found evidence linking her husband's research to our 'ethically questionable' project. She was ordered terminated-permanently, and it appeared that the assignment was carried out correctly since Honda resigned his position after his wife's death.
Then 8 weeks ago as of this writing, (see update menu-right) Crey Tokyo's branch was destroyed, leveled by a maked vigilante. Eyewitnesses identified the terrorist as Japan's 'finest hero' The Sonic Samurai. The vigilante disappeared and has not been spotted in Tokyo since.
It is assumed that the assasination of Honda's wife did not go as exactly ordered. It is presumed she must have led some kind of evidence linking Crey to her death. As neither Honda himself, nor this 'Sonic Samurai' have been seen since the destruction of our Tokyo branch. Now reports from armored patrol units, and reconnaisance specialists report that the same hero is here in America, in Paragon City looking to find a way into Crey Industries. We must be careful, for if this is really Inoshiro Honda, he is not only a very brilliant man, but an extremely determined one as well.
