First Observed:
Target was an unforeseen consequence of the Early ProtoPortal Program. Regrettably, at that time our Portals could only displace matter. When “Ag”, as his “friends” call him, was brought here by a feedback cascade failure one of our Technicians disappeared presumably transplaced to Ag's dimension while Ag was brought here in his place
Study:
Study of the subject began immediately under the direction of Joanna Billby, former Director of Paranormal Psychology and extra trans-dimensional study. And excerpt from Ms. Billby’s report is as follows.
I have met and interviewed subject 20440 and I am amazed at his grasp of language and communication. We have observed him constantly over the past 6 months and have learned very little about him. I will summarize what little we have learned.
Subject 20440 seems to live in a state of constant terror. At first we thought this was a defense mechanism or survival trait as it make him very resistant to physical damage. We latter learned that this “trait” is more likely caused by the nature of our dimension compared to his. I’ll try and explain.
Subject 20440 is a Terrangrealle (As close of a translation as the English language can get) the subject claims that their race is peaceful and we gather from his amazement at simple objects like ball-point pens and automatic doors that they are very primitive. His name cannot be pronounced by a human tongue, however, imagine the sound of a cow vomiting backwards and you’ll be pretty close. We here in the office usually refer to him as Phil. It seems that Phil’s dimension is a cross polarized dimension of our own. At least that’s what the geeks down at the ProtoPortal division said, as I understand it; Picture our earth, but rather than living on the outside we would live inside of it as if it were a large hollow ball. Our energy, heat and light, would come from an internal sun at the center of the ball and not from an outside source. Now picture this image on a sub-Atomic level. Phil’s terror of the world stems from having been dimensionally turned inside out. This manifests itself as symptoms we commonly associate with Agoraphobic Paranoia. His resistance to physical stimulus is a result of the cross polarization of the very atoms that he is composed of.
Current Threat Status:
Unfortunately the loss of this subject is a direct result of Ms. Billby’s intervention. The subject was scheduled to be terminated and examined under proper laboratory conditions to see if we could exploit his unique nuclear structure to improve the body armor of our Crey Power Tanks and Paragon Protectors in the field. When Ms Billby learned of the termination of her duties and subsequent reassignment to her old post she rebelled and staged a release of Subject 20440. Both of them currently remain outside of Crey control and it seems in recent months they have allied themselves with experienced members of the current vigilante movement. In particular Adamant Frost, Firecraker Fandango, Sabra Cadabra, Rx, Groseling and an odd "Rouge" Clockwork known as Clockwork Rebel. Ms Billby and Subject 20440 or “Agoraphobia” are top security risk and their submission and retrieval are of utmost importance.
Recommend taking action while they are separated from their vigilante associates. Possibly by separating the two they can be subdued without incident. The trick, it to get them to separate. It seems that Agoraphobia has taken upon himself the Role of “Liberator and Protector” to the so called “Innocent’. It is obvious that he and Ms. Billby employ various tactics to confuse the citizens into supporting them and their causes including, as recent evidence indicates, brainwashing. One such citizen whom our field agents interviewed after being “rescued” stated that Agoraphobia was the “Definition of Bravery” Obviously the poor man was confused because the Definition of Bravery is; Great Courage, extreme courage in the face of danger or difficulty, or an example of extreme courage.
