Subject 20754 was originally spotted in Atlas Park speaking to Miss Liberty. At that point the agent sent word to Crey Industries that a new hero was in town and follow-up was needed.
Agent 17-29 was assigned to the case and made several observation. Subject 20754 has the ability to manipulate the gravity around him and others. It appears that he is just learning to control these abilities. Subject has been sighted hanging with a group that calls them selves The Teen Legion. Very little is known of this group. They have connections to the Legion of Freedom.
Subject 20754’s Threat Level is at Moderate – This level will be maintain for now with future surveillance needed as he learns to control his new powers.
Countess Crey has approved further observation of Subject 20754.
