Agent Kendt is a an operative of the FBI, and worked in the controversal "X-Files" unit, investigating unusual reports. Since its inception in the early 90's the "X-Files" dept. has been swamped with cases due to all the meta-human activity in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles.
While investigating the the threats of the evil mastermind Xenon the Dark and his attempts at world domination, her and her partner where captured in the process of investigating one of the potential hideouts.
Xenon was more than ecstatic at his luck and proceeded to torture them for information as to the FBI's proceedings. The torture went on for close to a week and neither one of them gave Xenon anything he could work with. Frustrated he tried one final threat he would kill Agent Kendt's partner in front of her and turn him into a zombie if she did not tell him what he wanted to know.
Believing him to be bluffing Agent Kendt kept her mouth shut. He was not bluffing and he had his zombies tear Agent Kendts partner limb from limb. The shock of watching her partner brutally murdered in front of her triggered her latent mutant powers and she violently flung Xenon into the release lever for her bonds. Awareness of her contol of gravity flooded her mind and she fashioned a force field of pure gravity to protect her as she slowly made her way out of the hideout and to safety.
Filing her report with her superiors the FBI decided to use Agent Kendt's "gift" to their advantage. A super-powered agent could be useful to their operations and they decided to help her hone her powers.
As of now she has the ability to hold and crush enemies with gravity, create protective force fields, the abilty to open wormholes in space, and most recently she was able to create what is known as a singularity, which is akin to a blackhole and is a mass of compressed gravity and completely controlled by her will. The FBI came up with a rigorous exercise program which is being used to help her maintain her endurance levels.

Addendum:
This individual is highly trained and completely untouchable when she wants to be. Since she has recently been investigating the genetic research going on at Crey Industries she should be considered a threat and should be stopped at any cost. The FBI's investigations cannot be allowed and lengths should be undertaken in order to recover any information that has been collected.
