Tamatha Stevens was a teenage girl with an after school job at the local coffee shop when the Rikti invaded Paragon City. When the attack began the call went out ot evacuate the city, Tammy was attempting to flee the area when a large chunk of debis from a Rikti ship was about to crash down on Tammy and some others. It was at this emotional moment that Tammy's mutation kicked in for the first time. Tammy instictively sprung into action leaping into the air, catching the 2 ton piece of debris, and then throwing that debris 14 city blocks away. Since that incident, Tammy hasn't been able to reach anywhere near that level of power she displayed when her powers emerged. In the years since the Rikti attack, Tammy took on the name Ultimo Girl when pitching in to help fight crime when she isn't attending classes at Paragon City University. When fighting crime, Ultimo Girl is sometimes seen wearing her Ipod and listening to whatever is on her playlist, this often gets her into trouble with fellow Heroes, because she often can't hear her teammate's trying to communicate with her.
Ultimo Girl could be one of the more powerful heroes in Paragon City if her maximum power levels were ever to resurface, but many scientist's at G.I.F.T. remain baffled as to what is holding her full power from ever coming to the surface once again. Many believe Tammy is holding back and intentionally preventing her powers and herself from reaching her full potential, only Tammy knows for sure if that theory holds any water. One of Ultimo Girl's mutation gifts has also been a curse to her, in gaining heightened senses, Tammy hasn't been able to deal well adapting to her heightened hearing. This has lead to many instances where Ultimo Girl has had trouble with Villains with Powers with a audio source (Sonic, Psychic Scream, etc) many believe this to be the reason Ultimo Girl sometimes will wear her Ipod when fighting certain Villain Groups.

Born and raised in King's Row, Her family moved to Overbrook
2 week's before the Rikti Attacks in hopes to provide a
better life style for their Child (Children?).
Parents were confirmed killed during the Rikti Invasion,
crushed in their vehicle while trying to evacuate, by the same debris
Ultimo Girl deflected away from herself and other civilians
who were also in danger. (Subject does not know her actions
resulted in Parent's death. Subject has inquired with Detectives about
her Parent's death, but someone in the department is shielding
the info from the subject)
Subject has been flagged by the Crey Mutant Research
Department as an Apex Level Mutant. Subject has at times shown
off the charts power levels in moments of extreme anger/rage.
Subject is a student at PCU, further research found
her college tuition and living expenses have been paid in full
by Justin Sinclair and his King's Row outreach program.
