Threat History Subject is a member of the Glaciorian Race: A race directly opposed to the Rikti. Apparently, a distress call was received by the subject while on patrol duty at Outpost Zeta, 300 light years from Earth, on May 23rd, 2002. Subsequently, the subject came to the aid of Paragon City, after he discovered the nature of the distess signal. Due to the constraints of his battle-worn spacecraft, the subject was unable to make it "on-time", and was shot down by orbiting Rikti spacecraft on May 24th, 2002. The subject crash landed at the Rikti crash site and his body was recovered by the Freedom Phalanx on May 28th, 2002. The subject was placed into stasis while the Freedom Phalanx discerned his indentity and devised a method to revive the strange visitor. Through the efforts of Dr. Wade Childes (see subject file 22119), the subject was revived on May 23rd, 2007. Now, the subject appears to have taken on a crusade against the Rikti and any groups opposed to the Freedom Phalanx. The subject shall remain on Earth until such a time as he sees these threats eliminated.

Typical Combat Appearance: Subject is known to wear the battle regalia of his native race. When in combat, the subject appears to exude an icy aura of endothermic energy. Air around him freezes and crystallizes. A crackling noise can be heard when near the subject, as the extreme cold meets the warm Earth Air. When the subject enters combat, his fists almost entirely freeze over into a solid ice. When the subject strikes someone or something, ice shards often wound the victim, as the ice on his fists shatter: only to re-freeze in mere moments. In addition, victims of his attacks usually sustain severe frostbite, in some cases, requiring amputation. The subject tends not to use military arms.
Typical Civilian Appearance: Subject is not able to mingle with civilians due to his enormous size and sub-zero aura. As a result, the subject is usually seen patrolling Paragon City, looking for Rikti and assisting the Freedom Phalanx with a variety of tasks.

Tactical Analysis
Metahuman Powers: The subject is a member of the Glaciorian race: an evolved race from the icy planet, Olympia, 300 light years from Earth. This race has developed an affinity for the cold and its members are naturally able to absorb heat energy from their surroundings. For them, -100 C is a pleasant summer's day.
On Earth, the subject's power is formidable, due to his racial adaptations. The subject is able to endothermically empower his body, making him, literally, a walking freezer. The more heat he is exposed too, the colder he gets and the more powerful he becomes. On his own world, he is above average, but in warmer climates, the abundance of surplus surrounding heat energy makes him formidable and very deadly. The subject emanates an aura of cold that freezes the surrounding air, making it very difficult to approach him. The subject can encase his appendages in solid ice as a result of his endothermic control.
The sheer magnitude of endothermic energy seems to toughen the subject's flesh and amplify his attacks. It is unknown how the subject is able to maintain a flexible skin with such low temperatures, but it is thought that the subject might be silicon based rather than carbon based. His physiology seems to be very different from that of native Earth life forms. In any case, physical and munitions assaults do not appear to harm the subject to any notable degree. In addition, the subject is known to possess great strength and able to leap great distances. It is thought that the gravity on Earth is three times less in magnitude than that of his home world.
Fighting Skills: Due to the subject's previous military training on his own home world, he is a formidable opponent. The subject's fighting style is simple, but effective at dispatching any adversary he has encountered thus far. Coupled with his immense size and strength, the subject is a walking behemoth.
Other Special Skills & Abilities: The subject is trained in both combat and survival. He is also a capable pilot and can fly a variety of aircraft and spacecraft.
Special Limitations: The subject's only known weakness is that he is unable to breathe in Earth's atmosphere. On his home world, the atmosphere is composed of diatomic nitrogen, methane, ethane, and argon. As a result, he must don a breathing apparatus to subsist on Earth. The breathing mask appears to contain technology that converts CO2 and H2O in Earth's atmosphere into methane and a small amount of ethane with O2 as a byproduct. In several encounters, our agents were not able to remove this mask, indicating the subject's awareness of its importance.

Transportation: The subject is often seen leaping too and fro in Paragon City. He is also known to take public transportation, but always stands in the caboose of the train to prevent harm to civilians.

Strategic Analysis
Recommended Action(s): The subject is considered strong by his races' standards, but, on Earth, he is a walking icy behemoth. We have sent our council operatives to capture this beast, and he easily thwarted them. Anyone encountering the subject has reported serious frost-bite on any skin surface that contacted the creature. As a result, even the subject's own allies must be wary of close contact.
The subject is considered a high threat to Crey operations. Crey worries that the subject may be a scout from the Glaciorian home world; a follow-up invasion by these icy behemoths is very likely. Such an invasion has a 90% chance of success considering the Glaciorian's power on a considerably warmer world such as Earth.
Crey enforcers are authorized to kill this beast on-sight! The subject will then be transferred to Crey Research Facility Alpha for further analyses and dissection.
