Subject #3547, Ivan Romanisky, aka Saraph, is the soul survivor of the Super-Human Development Program, headed by current executive in reaserch and development Amila Shane, aka Alpha. It should be noted that this subject is of a special nature due to his direct connection and supposed "crusade" against Crey Industries.
The threat level on this super-human is very high. He is considered volitaile and extremly dangerous and will not hesitate to use physical force to extract information so all employees are advised to eliminate Saraph on sight.
It should also be noted that Saraph is particularly obsessed with Amilia Shane and any and all expenses must be paid to ensure her saftey, the Industry has paid too much money for her to be eliminated by some derranged science fair freak.
Saraph's powers are that of controling Radiation and his powerful psychic powers, making a most formidible advesary. His ability to flight makes him difficult to track as well as his years of commando training within the S.H.D.P, so all agents are cautioned in confronting the subject. Anti-radiation suits should be worn at all times if encounters with subject are planned.
Final note, Amilia has requested that Saraph's boy is not to be too badly damaged in order to retrive vital bio-infomration for further experiments. Also only one photo on file is on record currently for Saraph, his only outstanding characteristic is his brown wings. All agents are to be on the lookout for this feature.
