Background: The source of the subject's powers are well known. Ms. Yokam has made little attempt to hide her history. She has been interviewed numerous times for television and print media articles, and she has explained the origin of her current state numerous times: While working on her veterinary degree, Ms. Yokam accidentally received a needle stick from a dirty needle that had both bull's blood and a unique genetic serum on it.
The "unique genetic serum" that she mentions appears to be something she was working on while attending veterinary school at the University of Minnesota. Sources at the university indicate that Ms. Yokam's experiments and all data records related to the genetic serum were destroyed. It is not clear if Ms. Yokam retains personal copies of her work and the genetic serum that she developed.
Following the lab accident, the subject moved to Paragon City and immediately registered as a hero. She has been active since being given her license.
As a result of the introduction of the bovine blood and the unknown serum into Ms. Yokam's body, she now exhibits exceptional physical strength and an enhanced resistance to physical damage, as well as a remarkable resistance to fire and cold damage.
The subject's cosmetic alterations are quite obvious, and make her very easy to locate when she is in public. Ms. Yokam's body gained a significant amount of mass and height as a result of her accidental poisoning(she stands approximately 7.5 feet tall, her weight is unknown). She also grew yellow-white bovine horns, which protrude from her head. Additionally, she underwent a skin/hair color change (blue). She does not try to hide or disguise herself when she is not in "uniform".
Emotionally, Ms. Yokam seems prone to moments of weakness from an over-developed super ego. She is known to exhibit strong emotional reactions to instances of animal cruelty, as well as human suffering. She is an outspoken, ardent environmentalist. Recent surveillance indicates that Ms. Yokam may to be susceptible to bouts of loneliness, and has a strong emotional need for companionship, which she seems to fulfill through her relationships with her "Irregulars" teammates.
The subject's intellect seems unaffected by the alteration to her physiology. The subject has appeared to be lucid and alert at all times during surveillance. It is obvious that, as a result of her undergraduate degree in biology/zoology and her work on her incomplete veterinary degree, Ms. Yokam has solid knowledge of medicine. She has been spotted using an altered "CS-405 hand-held medical device" on herself and other heroes. It appears to be capable of aiding a wide variety of subjects, including altered humans (including Ms. Yokam herself), mutants, and unaltered humans.
Other miscellaneous traits: Ms. Yokam dislikes wearing shoes and does not wear them with her standard yellow and white suit.
Her friends and teammates often use the nickname "Babe" when refering to her. This is an obvious reference to the American legend of "Paul Bunyan and 'Babe', his blue ox".
Threat Assessment: Recently, Ms. Yokam began interfering with Crey operations. She has hampered our operatives in the Brickstown and Founders Falls areas, and she has been spotted with other "Irregulars" who were opposing our agents. She is now to be considered a moderate threat to our lower level operations.
