Subject: Abigail "Abby" Andrews
Subject is an 13 year old female who has no exraordinary powers in and of herself. The source of her abilities seems to come from a viscous symbiotic entity which remains attached to her at all times. Viewing the entity produces a slight disorienting effect as the creature reflects no light (It is assumed that this is how the subject got her "hero" nickname: "Abyss").
The origin of this dark matter entity (which Miss Andrews refers to as the "Goop" or "Goopie") is unknown to us. When questioned, one low-level "Circle of Thorns" defector (case #28588) indicated that the entity was once a captive of his former magic-wielding group. However, he could offer no other information and is now deceased.
Observation of Miss Andrews indicates that she can communicate and control the dark matter entity telepathically. The entity is not always readily observable on the subject's body, but Miss Andrews is known to command the entity to retreat into a hollow silver belt buckle that she wears. The entity has never been seen out of physical contact with Andrews.
Powers: The entity routinely forms a protective coating over Miss Andrews body, as well as tentacles which have considerable destructive ability. The entity has been seen taking the form of many non-aggressive shapes as well. For example: Miss Andrews was seen sevral years ago wearing the creature as Mickey Mouse ears at a local shopping mall. Additionally, the entity and the subject have teleported short distances when threatened.
Biographical: Miss Andrews' mother was killed during the Rikti war. Her father (Paul Andrews) is an out-of-work alcoholic who lives alone in his blighted home in the suburbs. He seems to have no contact with his daughter. He may provide us further information or be exploited to gain access to the subject. Miss Andrews now lives with the other members of the group known as "Honor Society".
Summary:Miss Andrews represents a Moderate+ risk. The subject is immature, which creates possible opportunity for recruitment. Approach with caution as Miss Andrew's immaturity combined with the entity's apparent loyalty make a dangerous combination. More information should be acquired about the source and abilities of the entity.
