It is still unknown of who, or what Subject #3096 really is. We first believed subject #3096 to be one Hector Coldiron, but when the body of Hector showed up in the morgue, we ruled this possiblity out.
Preliminary information on subject #3096 was kept in the Blue(safe) status. He seemed content to help out Paragon police, and the Freedom Corps with dealing with the Superdine threat, the Clockwork King's Minions, and the influence of Dr. Vahzilok.
Somewhere along the way subject #3096 became aware of our involvement with events occuring around the city. It was then that our field agents assigned to monitoring him started to disappear. One of our agents was found to be dangling from one of the gargoyles on the top of Paragon tower.
