Maxwell Drake is a former employee of Crey Industries. Towards the end of his employment with our corporation, Drake stumbled across secret documentation of inhumane experiments being conducted at various facilities owned and operated by our CEO, Countess Crey. Some of these experiments were being conducted on our employees.
Maxwell was last seen on our security surveillance systems on the night of June 21, 2004. He'd broken into our main facility located in Independance Port and stolen the prototype suit "Radeon". He also incapacitated 6 of our security guards during his escape.
Maxwell was the lead engineer of "Project Radeon". "Project Radeon" or Radeon v.0, is a prototype suit of armor capable of manipulating vapors in the air surrounding the suit and transforming them into hard ice. The suit's outer temperature is capable of dropping down as low as 3 degrees fahrenheit. Drake's engineering team has yet to complete the helmet for the suit and it was advised that all testers wear some sort of protective gear around their face to shield them from the cold air the suit generates.
Maxwell Drake is armed, dangerous, and a direct threat to Crey Industries. We have reason to believe that he will be performing retaliatory strikes on our facilities and Crey superiors, namely the Countess, in the near future. Drake is to be killed on sight and "Project Radeon" must be retrieved intact.
