Extra dimensional being that appears as a humanoid cat. Known to have been residing on earth in this dimension for about 20 years. Previously was residing in Sedona, AZ for a majority of his life, but has moved within last year or so to Paragon City. Often seeks to work with teams, and involves him self in a random number of missions to defeat various groups. Has been investigating information about Nano-Tech and Magic in some combination. It is believed to be the basis for his weaponry, and identified as the bracers on his arms. Subject also researches much about his race he calls the "Felidae", and anything having to do with extra-dimensional travel regardless of how it is done. (Magic, Tech, etc) Subject has taken extra interest in Portal Corp., but we are not certain how dangerous this can be at this point.

Subject seems to be intentionally growing in skill and ability (teleportation) in the hopes he may be able to do his own sustained dimensional travel with his own teleportational abilities (apparently inherent of his race).

Subject doesn't seem to be a threat per se, but will be observed to insure this doesn't change.

Addendum: Subject has be often working with Manticore in various task forces, and has been meddling in our affairs. Threat level of subject has increased significantly. It is said that subject has also been in contact with the rogue Mark IV whom may be supplying him with technology that may assist this interference. His activities in Founders Falls is not appreciated. It is suggested that "Trouble Shooting" teams be dispatched to eliminate the problem.
