Surmised bio:
California native unable to naturally tan due to emerging mutant powers affecting weather/temperature conditions in close proximity to her person. Was teased mercilessly for applying spray-on tans and this mocking eventually provided the catharsis for her powers to more fully unlock themselves.

Current threat:
Subject is still too young and inexperienced to pose much of a direct threat, but her path will cross ours eventually. Surveillance shows that she is more concerned with the fame and attention she receives as a hero than she is with actually stopping crimes. As such, her high profile tactics often leave her in the center of danger and well exposed to attack. Her mutant powers drastically affect the temperature and weather patterns in her immediate area, but should provide little defense against high-powered sniper rifles or a sneak attack by operatives disguised as paparazzi. Subject actually poses quite extensively for our surveillance specialists.
Identifying Characteristics:
An unnatural orange-ish spray-on tan and a constant toothy smile make the subject easy to recognize despite her large number of costume variations and street attire. "Natural" hair color is blonde, but the subject often wears a black wig and mask when forced to enter the city's sewers.
