Silver Hawk has so far demonstrated the following abilites.

Super Jumping, Reflexes, and Equilibrium
This list is theoretical at best, as the subject's true power seems to be Hyper Evoloution.
Analasis of a blood sample collected at the Dr. Vhazilok battle site suggest that the subject's body actually evolves, something that should take a species thousands of years, in days, hours, minutes, or even seconds depending on the severity of the threat. Therefore the list of the subject's powers should be considered incomplete.
Crey security forces that have engaged in combat with Silver Hawk have all been defeated. Hitting the subject is rumored to be an almost impossible task, due to the unimaginable quickness of his reflexes. Bullets are dodged as easily as melee attacks, Tank weapons have also had little success in scoring hits.
When hits are scored the subject's regenerative powers seem to overcome any damage to his body very quickly.
Crey Employees are warned to avoid Silver Hawk
Special agents, are even now being trained to make a capture attempt against the subject. His capture would prove paramount to the Bio-Medical research division, as well as remove a potentially lethal threat to Crey Industries. Posthumous study can be conducted if live capture proves inobtainable.
