16 Volt was a military prototype for the next generation of frontline soldier on the battlefield. A 4 foot tall radio controlled killing machine that also had an atonomous AI in the event communications were cut off or the controller was killed. Near the final completion of 16 Volt's combat assesment tests he suffered a power surge shorting out many of his systems including the remote contols.Since he AI took over, 16 Volt has since been talking like a sailor and fighing crime.
