This "hero" seems to spend an inordinately large amount of time dancing or talking on her cell phone. We feel her threat to our operations is very low. However, she does seem to have a lot of friends in high places, and the necklace which seems to be the source of her powers is of particular interest. Our operatives have all asked to be allowed to continue watching her. They say she is very hot, we assume because of her ability to manipulate fire.
