Subject: Francis Armadillidium Vulgare
Alias: The Incomperable Pill Bug
Height: 4ft.
Weight: 300lbs.
Classification: Non-Human Mutation.
History:
The subject known as Pill Bug provides great interest as well as possible danger to Crey Industries. Pill Bug is, in fact, offspring of two former Crey Industries experiments. Genetic Splicing Subjects #43218 and #43220.
Aforementioned Subjects were liberated from a Crey Labs Subsidiary in 1969 by "hero" and activist Captain Moon-Daisey and her group of animal rights activists. The subjects were ruled sentient and independant of ownership by a court and moved to Parma, Ohio wedding and taking the names "Eugene" and "Martha". Subjects then proceeded to raise a brood of 200 offspring (standard-sized egg brood for the common pill bug).
Of their 200 offspring, a handful demonstrated secondary genetic mutation, but none as powerful as "Francis". After failing to complete community college, "Francis" enrolled in "Captain Damage's Summer Superhero Seminar" and proceeded to engage the local criminals of Cleveland, causing much collateral damage in the process.
After the Rikti invansion, subject "Francis", moved to Paragon City to train under Statesman and the surviving heroes.
Abilities:
The subject is an adept hand to hand combatant, being trained largely in classical pugilism. Further, his secondary mutation has literally rendered his body a potential energy generator. Almost as a self-defense reaction, the subject is able to generate and focus large amounts of energy through his fists, causing damage and disorientation to his opponents.
The subject is also capable of "countering" attacks against his person by generating equal proportions of energy in himself, rendering him a near immovable object.
The subject's carapace is incredibly resistant to physical as well as elemental damage.
Surveillance:
Monitoring the subject is not difficult, as he commonly makes scenes in public locations.
Once Crey agents located him, photographing proved incredibly easy. Once the subject discovered the surveillance agents, he actually began posing for the camera.
The subject then attempted to lead surveillance agents in a rendition of Johnny Cash's "Boy Named Sue". Agents Myers and Wilson were reprimanded for their participation.
Threat Assesment: Moderate
