No one knows exactly where Blurg came from, only that he is starting to cause trouble for the villains of Paragon City.

He has said that "some smart doctor" made him tougher, but it is unknown at this time who this doctor might have been (perhaps even someone at a Crey lab?) or specifically what was done.

Blurg is currently only a minor annoyance, but should be watched carefully, just in case.
