The subject in question is one Duggy McFresh, a self proclaimed "Gangsta Rapper", and member of The Defenders of Paragon. The subject is highly resilient damage, and has almost metahuman physical abilities - most prominently being his strength. Despite the subjects aloof demeanor he is not to be underestimated.
While our researchers have not been able to gather much information regarding the subject. Reknown historian and one-time superhero Andrew Netts was able to tell us the following:
"Duggy McFresh, a one-time Hellion drug dealer who now dedicates his life to the protection of the cities streets. His life was turned around when a hero known as "Xanatos" saved him in the middle of a gang war. Adopting and modifying the image of the hero that saved him, Duggy tries to bring some semblance of "street-cred" to the heroes of the city."
Further investigation into the subject and a cross-check of his criminal record reveals that the motives listed by Andrew Netts are false. The subject is a hero as part of an advanced metahuman community service programe. This is cause for investigation as the subject would be ideal as a mole into the superhero community.
