Glow Girl is an old hero that has learned some new tricks. Her history goes all the way back to WWII with an affiliation to Atom Bob. Both came out of retirement at the same time. Currently, only Glow Girl appears to have stuck with it.
The threat we perceive with Glow Girl is her determination to build the Legendaries into a premier fighting force. Early encounters with the team have proven disastrous for other elements operating in Paragon. The Clockwork King, Doctor Vahzilok, the Kraken and high level Family and Freakshow leaders have been arrested by the group.
The Legendaries coherence as a team seems to be a direct result of their synergy. They simply know what the other team members will do and respond with a natural instinct.
Glow Girl in particular is quite dangerous. She seems nearly invulnerable to attacks capable of destroying others clearly more powerful than her. It is unknown how she has become so impervious to harm.
Her damage output, though, is low. Her threat is really limited to three areas: Invulnerability, Team Leadership, and Ability to Stun her Foes.
She seems to be currently focused on the Sky Raiders. They have suffered tremendous losses in the last two weeks.
