Threat Status: when alone, low. Ms. Kasta avoids us at all costs, unless accompanied by other, more powerful heroes.
As a person of interest, Ms. Kasta is a special case, as she is the original experimental volunteer of the late Dr. Bryan Wolfram, whose studies of neurology and power-inducing in the normal human brain were of great interest to us. Her hospitalization for a rare brain disorder led Dr. Wolfram to choose her as an experimental subject, under the guise of offering her a cure for her terminal illness. It is highly suspected that her unique brain chemistry was the reason Wolfram's formula worked on her -- with few and temporary side effects. However, sometime during Wolfram's study of Ms. Kasta, he was murdered -- we suspect by her-- and Ms. Kasta disappeared for six years. Information regarding her whereabouts and activities during this time is conflicting and inconclusive, but largely rumored to be of an illegal nature.
All further attempts to modify Wolfram's formula and use it on the healthy human brain have failed (except for the case of Seth Mason). Further study of Ms. Kasta is of chief interest to the scientists still involved in the Wolfram project.
Ms. Kasta has been observed with Ragnarok of the mercenary group Payroll, which is highly antagonistic toward Crey. She appears to have a close relationship with him. Her membership of a superpowered investigative agency is no more encouraging. She is a confirmed teleporter, and if unable to escape by way of her powers, will viciously defend herself. She is frequently sighted carrying a dagger of some sort. Agents are thus ill-advised to approach or attempt capture of the subject for the above reasons, until plans have been laid for her safe and expedient recapture.
