Brief Summary:
Shortly before the Ritki Invasion, Crey Industries cancelled the Genetically Recombined Elite Legionnnaire (GREL) Program. At that time GRELL 88 was the last fully matured subject. Files still accessible via Omega clearance.
All living GREL subjects were released into the population and no known support was provided.
GREL 88's personality matrix allowed a curious interest in blade weapon use and history. His proficiency skill is currently rated "superior" via observation and anecdotal records. Initial ranged weapon training seems forgetten or deteriorated. Combat Reflex training appears dramatically improved and reached "Hero" levels as described in Project Plan.
GREL 88 (commonly self-referred as "Proust") acquired the prototype NOVA and SOLARIS combat armors designed for the GREL Program.
Most recently, Proust obtained the "Battlemaster" armored suit from a alternate dimension Malta Group research lab. He is currently using this configuration against so-called "Archvillan" targets. Reports indicate increased performance and resistance with this equipment.
Personality:
Proust is soft spoken. In public he has shown signs of self-conciousness and shyness, yet internal motivation drives Proust to civil service. Acts of heroism or defense of civilians brings a sense of pride and confidence (much sought after qualities from the GRELs during development training). Such confidence has lead to several moments of rage not within Project Plan guidelines (speculated cause from lack of consistent Program Combat Training Regimine).
Assessment:
The Combat Matrix has been modified by the Personality Matrix Interest paradigm and has exceeded expectations from the Progect Plan.
The Persoanlity Matrix has met Project Plan goals. The slight and unexpected variance would be a pleasing adendum were the GREL Project still continuing.
Based on observations his shyness is only verbal. Proust's physical attributes and interests compels him to be active. He seeks combat per Program Plan and excels in appropriate situations.
Contact with other GRELs have not been catalogued and considered null.
Threat Assessment:
Proust has been resisting protocols against parent organization. Unacceptable levels of damage to facilities and personel, deemed "collateral", forces Proust into the High Threat catagory.
He is a determined and focused subject and has reached "individual" status per Project Plan assessments.
Recommendations:
Continued observations. If direct contact is made suggest neutralization based on actions against parent organization protocols.
Immediate resources needed to find living GREL subjects. Given Proust's "individualism", combat experience and disregard for protocol make isolation from other GRELs paramount.
