As per our agreement with the Hunter team sent to capture this criminal living in our midst all information is being shared with our agents.
Apparently T'omaz Ar'gos who now refers to himself as Nexus while in battle is wanted for capture by Imperium forces. He is a prince of their ruling house and created a rebelion within their planetary systems. The Imperium Majestrix has issued and warrent for either his capture or destruction.
The Hunter team has clashed with this individual several times and has reported his powers only seem to increase as time goes on. Intially as a member of the ruling house he was enhanced with mental powers in order to help coordinate ships and personel during battle. Upon his intial capture he was put to trial and sentenced to a process called "distillation".
According to our source "distillation" breaks down the prisoner to a pure energy form which in turn is used as batteries for powering various starships.
The Hunters report that some unexplained event happened and T'omaz Ar'gos battery pod managed to jettison from the ship it was placed in and crash to Earth. The Hunters were dispatched immediately to bring it back. Instead they found residual energy inside it and two sets foot prints leading from the crash site along with an energy signature. The energy signature both matched and was different from T'omaz Ar'gos. It seemed to have a cosmic bent to it.
The Hunters tracked down both T'omaz and his partner code named Hybrid. A large battle ensued between the two fugitives and the Hunters. Destroying a city block of Dublin. Both fled the scene. Police and Interpol agreed to help the Hunters bring the fugitive to ground. They have chased this one for 5 years running and have yet to capture him.
According to our agents eventually he and his partner surfaced in the United States. They were hired by the late billionaire William Fawcette. The head of Fawcette Media after saving his life from 5th Columnists. The two were his bodyguards till he passed on a year ago.
He has taken up with a super group known as the League of Titans and was there when it was intially brought together. Our sources say he declined to live in the team's original quarters and instead moved to his own house. Until eight months ago when it exploded in a strange flash of light. It is reported he moved in with his partner till being approved to live at the Riverhaven Complex.
Threat Assessment: High. His super group has been very adversarial toward this company. If planning on attempting to capture attack from a distance. Do not approach this individual except with your mind shielded, rumor says he can read thoughts and has a very high degree of awarness, close to un-canny. If attacked it has been proven he will not hesitate to defend himself.
