 The following is a Progress report on Subject #3096, Earth's Core, Special Agent Waters reporting.
I have been assigned to monitor Subject #3096, Earth's Core, here after in this report known as EC, for the past month. He is an vastly increasing threat to Crey industries. From apprehending Outcasts in Skyway City, to saving Paragon city from the destructive Devouring Earth, EC has increased his reputation, his contact network, and his threat to our cause. Using our new patentened Guille Suit (#CI-48093634) I have been able to track EC undetected so far. EC so far has done the following:
Decreased the flow of Superdine in Paragon city.
Decreased the number of Muggings.
Ended gang wars between Skulls and Hellions.
Disrupted the porduction of the Clockwork king.
Restored peace to Kings Row with elimination of the Lost and Circle of Thorns.
Defeated Dr. Vahzilok and reduced his horde.
Decreased the amount of robberies by the Trolls.
Reclaimed Central Skyway city from the Outcasts.
Reclaimed West Skyway city from the Tsoo.
Reduced the territory of the Family in Independance Port.
Reduced the territory of the Warriors in Independance Port.
Eliminated attempt by the 5th Column from opening up a time machine back to pre World War II Germany.
Stopped gang warfare between the Freakshow and Warriors in Talos Island.
Defeated Clamor, head of the Independance Port Freakshow legion.
Prevented the Skyraiders from opening up a Portal in a Portal Corp lab.
Prevented the destruction of the Nuclear plant in Terra Volta, undertaken by The Freakshow, The Skyraiders, The Lost, and The Devouring Earth.
Prevented the Circle of Thorns from Binding a goddess to our plane.
Prevented the Banished Pantheon from overthrowing Paragon city.
Prevented the Devouring Earth from Blasting an underground river, thus preventing the flooding of Paragon city.
EC has done quit a large number of feats in the past three months. For such a short about of time in Paragon city, he has aided his adopted city approximatly 200 times. So far he still has not detected our involvement in the manipulations of this city, though I fear he will discover that soon.
