 Administration has declared the subject to be taken in alive, reasons currently unknown. A squad of agents was chosen to pursue the hero and detain him using stealth tactics
Agents were briefed last night after receiving specialized training for dealing with the hero, who has been on our top threat list since 10/24/2005.
The operation was meant to be highly based on stealth (agents were even equipped with an experimental stealth cloaking device).
The subject seemed to let the agents track him until they were far enough away from civilians at which point he immediately sprang upon them.
The hero successfully detained all but one agent who slipped away while police arrived at the scene.
Administration stands by their order of taking him in alive. It is very likely they have something planned for this hero and more squads will be formed to take him in.
Stealth operation failed.
