 Subjects 20413, the Havok Brothers ran into a prominent villain of the Rogue Isles this past week. Our intelligence has gathered some of the events that led to this confrontation:
At approximately 15:27, the Talos Island bank was attacked by a small group of Arachnos forces. Among them was one of Hero Corps. most wanted, Overbite.
The Paragon Police Department was called on scene however they were unprepared to deal with this foe. PPD forces were being depleted rapidly. A call for backup was made.
Responding to this call were three heroes of Paragon, Dreadmight, Tygor and Ion-Flash. They, much like the PPD, were caught off guard by Overbite, a villain unlike anything they had faced before. Tygor and Dreadmight were killed in the skirmish while Ion Flash sustained major injuries.
At the same time, we were monitoring the Havoks. They had finished arresting a group of Warriors when the news of Overbite caught their attention on the Police Band. Within minutes the duo arrived in Talos and headed for the bank.
It was here they came face to face with Overbite.
Few words were spoken. The following was able to be recorded:
Overbite: Outta the way flounders!
Blue-Havok: Hey Red, I heard sharks can smell blood.
Red-Havok: So can we.
Overbite: I'll enjoy rippin' yer faces off, Ha-ha-HA!!
The three charged each other and chaos ensued. PPD tried to keep civilians out of the way - with little success. Overbite hurled a total of three vehicles (one being a fire truck) at the Havoks.
PPD Hardsuit units tried to interfere but ended up getting in the way. One officer had his limbs torn off by Overbite and used as projectiles.
The battle continued through New Troy and onto the shore until Overbite was slashed across his face. This caused him to throw the bag of money at the brothers. He then jumped on top of Red-Havok, mauling him. Blue-Havok kicked Overbite off and he fled toward, and finally into the sea.
The brothers declined to follow.
The Aftermath of the battle left the Talos area in shambles.

2 Heroes killed
17 Vehicles destroyed
3 Buildings damaged
14 Arachnos soldiers apprehended.
Overbite seemed to have suffered from many slash wounds and lacerations. Due to his genetic makeup, it is assumed he will recover quickly.
The Havok Brothers were somewhat protected in their armor however Overbite did manage to break some of it, causing deep wounds. In addition it was reported they each suffered from broken ribs, and Red-Havok a mild concussion.
