"Exodus" is one of the senior member of the subjects own supergroup "The Defenders of Paragon" and is able to channel his powers through willpower alone. The extent of these powers are as-of-yet remain unknown, and the individual has been placed on high priority status until a readout can be determined.
Both "Goldstar" and "The Olympion" are members of "The City Watch" - a form of metahuman reality television. The establishment has severe doubts about the plausibility of each of the members powers. With Goldstar apparently being of "Magical" origin, and The Olympian having "trained himself to perfection". The two are high-threat individuals, and should be eliminated on sight.
"Kenetik" is the name given to one Jonathan Shooter, his father having previously been employed by the establishment. It is clear from discussion gathered between the subject and Mr. Shooter that he has a grudge against the establishment. And from his position at the head of an immensely powerful metahuman group (The Alliance), this can only prove more troublesome a problem for the establishment. Kenetik is to be removed with all due haste.
