The location of Seigyoku's apartment in King's Row has been made known to the Crey through the careful use of Seigyoku's targetting drone. When Crey agents attempted the arrest of the subject, she fled with an odd looking stone wheel in her hand.
Energy tests upon the apartment - namely, the refrigerator, where she seems to have stored it - have been confirmed - Seigyoku has gained access to the Wheel of Destruction. This is a deadly tool, and one that she must not be allowed to keep. It is recommended that the Crey spend the necessary resources to remove the Wheel from Seigyoku's hands and place it in a laboratory for study.

The targetting drone has reported that Seigyoku's mentor, the Lady Zhou, has destroyed the Wheel of Destruction for unknown reasons. It is speculated that the type of magic found in the Wheel may not have been compatible with the Tsoo-style arcane art, and that the Wheel was destroyed for raw components.
An odd syrum was found in Seigyoku's apartment after it was ransacked by Crey operatives. Upon analysis, it appears to be a weak antibody for the Lost mutagen. Seigyoku's physical status must be watched carefully over the next severa weeks. If she begins to manifest signs of mutation, she should be approached for contracts in exchance for the Crey-developed, stronger antibody. |
