 Several hours after Crey industries attacked Seigyoku's bank account and claimed a down payment for the equipment that the subject stole, Seigyoku joined a task force headed by Freedom Phalanx member Manticore.
The task force, code-named Dragon, ransacked several secret Crey facilities that were committing experimental studies that may or may not have been beyond the normal means of the law. The Countess' personal bodyguard, Hopkins, saw fit to challenge Task Force Dragon and put and end to their activities, but security cameras report that, while the rest of Dragon was dealing with Paragon Protectors stationed in the facility, Seigyoku and another hero named Masked Poet managed to take him down with no further aid.
As stated, this came just hours after a Crey raid on Seigyoku's bank account. The ability to hold a vendetta has already been demonstrated by the subject, but the expedience with which the retirtibution came this time is a mark of the subject's growing prowess.
