Duggy McFresh aka Mc Xanatos (file X-830) has accused the subject Sabbath of bodily injury. According to McFresh's medical certificate, Sabbath's kick caused a testicle contusion to the suitor. McFresh's giving of evidence states that this will prevent him from "ridizzling the hos for weeks, yo" as he usually does "twenty-four-seven, yo dilly, knowwhuttahmsayin'?".
Sabbath countered with the fact that the only bodily love McFresh knew was from his inmates in Ziggurat prison. Judge O'Hara had to calm the crowd at this point.
The sentence imposes Sabbath on a compensation for pain and suffering of 2000$. McFresh won't see any of this money, since judge O'Hara issued multiple cautions that total to 2416$ and a day of eleemosynary work, for repeatedly referring to the judge and jury as "yo Majesty" and "my nizzles" amongst others.
After the trial Sabbath stated that 2000$ were "damn cheap for a well-deserved kick" and he was "willing to pay that amount again" since "he [McFresh] has another testicle I didn't hit yet". |
